C# 2 and 3 : Recommended Reading....

If you want to read something about the new features of C#2 and C#3 (and consolidate your knowledge about some of the more misunderstood mechanism/features in C#1, e.g. there is a great explanation of delegates) then you just HAVE to read Jon Skeet's book C# in Depth: What you need to master C# 2 and 3.

Jon is a long time MVP and his detailed knowledge of C# and the .NET framework comes across very well in his book, he has a great writing style which makes the book a very enoyable read! Did I really just say that about a C# book? :) Thing is I can absolutely guarantee you will learn something new or at the very least gain some more clarity on some aspect of C# or the framework, I suspect there are very few C# developers out there who wouldn't benefit from spending a few days with this publication....

I was fortunate to work at the same company as Jon for a little while and his book reflects exactly how he is as a person, someone who has a fantastic grap of the concepts, is able to convey those concepts very well and is more than happy to help you out if he can! I can't recommend this book highly enough!
